The building covers two levels and has been embellished with creative flair, featuring ornamental patterns in the stonework and traditional natural décor. The restaurant can accommodate up to 100 guests and is therefore suitable for parties and events. The menu presents the best Thai curries on the island along with fresh seafood and some seriously good Indonesian dishes including nasi goreng with prawns, spring rolls, and meat or seafood sate served with peanut sauce. Lembongan-styled Balinese specialties include the famous Pepes Ikan – a dish of fragrant spiced local fish, wrapped and cooked in banana leaf packages; the juices are contained inside the parcel and the experience is an explosion of moist smoky taste. Portions are huge, flavours are scrumptious, the presentation is artistic, and the prices make everybody happy. At Pandan Bar, the laid back ambience reflects the charm and charisma of the beach side setting. Ping Pong Table Activities And Recreation What to see and to do: Walk the suspension bridge between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. Visit the Lembongan Village seaweed farms; the view across the estuary is spectacular. Birdwatchers should look out for flashes of turquoise and white; these are the sacred kingfishers, similar to the collared kingfisher but slightly smaller, and common to this island. Snorkel at Crystal Bay; the coral here is a must-see and largely untouched. Watch the legendary Lembongan sunsets above the crashing waves. Visit the bizarre ‘Rumah di Bawah Tanah’, an Underground House that was built back in the 1960s by a local priest acting upon divine inspiration. The house has a living room, bedrooms and kitchen, with walls, tunnels, nooks and crannies carved out of natural limestone, but no one actually lives here. Pura Puncak Sari is the biggest temple on the island, positioned on a hill; the views looking across to Bali are breathtaking.
