We will pick you up at your hotel in a/c van. Our first stop will be at Ubud traditional market to see the spices and ingredients that we will use for the delicious dishes that you will be preparing. From the market, a short 5-minute drive to our comfortable Balinese home for your cooking class. Therewith assistance of our staff, you will learn how to prepare a nine-course Balinese feast. Our delicious menu consisting of smoked duck, smoked chicken, chicken sate, Tempe and tofu, fried noodle, bean sprout, Gado–gado (mixed vegetable), peanut sauce and hot spicy sambal. We will finish cooking at around 12.30 in the afternoon and then you can relax and enjoy your Balinese feast overlooking the beautiful gardens and nice looking water pool at our home. after lunch, we will return to your hotel.
