Established in 2005, the British owned and operated BlueWater Express is a rapidly expanding company specializing in high speed boat transport and boat private charter. We pioneered the fast boat service from Bali to the Gili Islands in 2006, and are consequently the longest running operator in this field, with a 100% safety record. We put the emphasis on safety, professionalism and guest satisfaction in all our services.
We currently have more than 80 staff based on Bali and the Gili Islands. All crew are fully licensed with requisite certificates of competence, and have many years experience in the waters around Bali and Lombok.

- SOS Signal Beacon : EPIRB: Electronic Position Indicating Radio
Beacon. When immersed in water the EPIRB automatically sends an SOS
signal via satellite to the authorities, informing name of vessel and
precise location. Continues to send signal for up to three days.
- Ship to Shore Radio : Marine VHF ship-to-shore radio.
- Distress Flares : Full set of distress flares in accordance with regulations.
- AIS : automatic identification system.

Blue Water Express is not suitable for pregnant woman, people with heart or back problems or other physical impediments or poor time management, adult above age of 70 years old and children under age of 3 years old. If you still insist to go, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and should be made 2 x 24 hours prior to guest departure for regular season and 7 x 24 hours prior to guest departure for high season (June 1 – September 30 & December 20 – January 5).
In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passenger, the below term will be applied : Cancellation within 48 hours of travel: no refund. Cancellation more than 48 hours but less than 7 days from date of travel: 50% refund. Cancellation more than 1 week in advance 100% refund. Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg.
