Bali dolphins watching in natural habitat at Lovina beach, several kilometers north of Singaraja in Buleleng, is not as beautiful as Kuta or Sanur. Yet, the seas off this beach offer something that no other beach on the island has: pods of dolphins roaming freely in the wild.
If you stay in Southern of Bali area, our driver will pick up you early morning about 02.30 Am at your hotel lobby, we will directly to Lovina Beach to catch the traditional outrigger boat to see Dolphin. If your hotel is at Lovina, we will pick you up at around 05.00- 05.30 AM
We will use the traditional outrigger boat to go further from the beach of Lovina beach. We will wait in the boat till the dolphins go to surface, after the dolphins appear, you can take pictures as many as you like. It takes around 10 minutes before the traditional outrigger reach the waters frequented by the dolphins. Patience is the key and those who get bored easily should avoid this trip. For a photographer, the waiting time is a mixture of excitement and exhaustion. Having to grip a heavy camera for around 15 minutes is more than sufficient to pain your arms. Dolphins are no sloths and they can move fast, very fast, giving the photographers another difficult challenge. As the warm morning sun starts to turn the surrounding ocean into a golden-colored canvas, an increasing number of dolphins make their presence known. The visitors are awed by these creatures, while the boats’ skippers thank the almighty for another successful morning’s business.
